COVID 19 – Obligations for access.
It will be possible to book and participate in the event, in compliance with the provisions of Law Decree no. 105 of 23 July 2021, only if you have:
• green certification COVID-19 (Green Pass), which can be issued after the administration of the first dose of vaccine and is valid from the fifteenth day after until the date scheduled for the administration of the second dose (in the case of a double dose vaccine). In any case, the green certification is valid for nine months from the completion of the vaccination cycle;
• certificate of recovery from Sars-CoV-2 infection (valid for 6 months);
• certification of a rapid molecular or antigen test with negative result for the Sars-CoV-2 virus (valid for 48 hours).
The obligation to possess the Green Pass does not apply to subjects excluded by age from the vaccination campaign and to subjects exempt on the basis of appropriate medical certification issued according to the criteria defined in the circular of the Ministry of Health.
At the entrance of The Student Hotel, during the accreditation phase, a paper or digital copy of the Green pass, booking or other entry ticket and a valid identity document will be required. The exempted subjects must exhibit suitable documentation.
Failure to show what is requested will result in denial of entry.
Once the accreditation operations have been completed, each participant will be provided with an event identification pass.
Participants are required to comply with the regulations in force governing anti-covid measures. In particular, remember to wear the mask correctly and keep a minimum distance of one meter from the other participants.
Upon entering the area, you will be required to undergo body temperature measurement using a thermoscanner.
Access to people with temperatures higher than 37.5 ° C will not be allowed.
The people who appear to have a higher temperature will be managed in compliance with the provisions issued by the competent authorities.
